Yurts can provide an interesting addition to any event. Having been used as homes for millions of people throughout Central Asia for hundreds of years, Yurts are very suitable for use in the UK. They can therefore be used to provide accomodation for guests at an outdoor event or perhaps to provide 'chill out' areas away from the main event.

The basic design has changed little over hundreds if not thousands of years, because it is so close to perfection. They are handsome, sturdy and practical and create a truly uplifting space.

Yurts are available in sizes up to 9 or 10 metres in diameter

Lower the "roof cap" at night and fall asleep under the stars - a magical experience. In hot weather, drop the canvas sides and allow the breeze to drift through the beautiful ash lattice-work structure of the walls.

Yurts can also be insulated for winter use. On wet or cold nights there is plenty of room for people to sit in comfort around a warm stove.
